Phone keeps restarting; Won't turn on?
My phone got water damaged yesterday and wouldn't turn on at all so I left it in a bag with raw rice overnight and while I was at school. When I got home a few hours ago I brushed off the rice dust and put my battery back in and put my phone on the charger. The red light turned on so I figured it was working, so I turned on my phone.
